Sweet Disorder is committed to delivering your order successfully and quickly.

We send our products from New Zealand.  Products will be shipped as soon as possible (we aim to dispatch next business day from receiving your order but this may be longer in busy periods).  

We send our parcels without a signature required.  

You will receive a tracking notice once your order has been dispatched, please check your junk mail if you haven’t received this.  

Our estimated shipping targets are specified in the description of the shipping option selected but we cannot guarantee that items will be delivered in this time frame.  As the shipping is out of our control a refund will not be issued for longer delivery times.

New Zealand

Standard Post — $6.85
Rural Delivery — $15.00

Delivery Timeframe Guideline

Auckland deliveries are overnight from Monday to Friday.

In the North Island, delivery is typically within two working days.

For the South Island, delivery usually takes three working days.

Please note, rural deliveries may take an additional two working days.

Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date so it is best to order with plenty of lead time.


For orders upto 5kg - $28.95

For orders 5kg to $15kg - $49.95

If you have are wanting larger orders please get in touch and we will advise freight price.

Delivery Timeframe Guideline

Target delivery times for Australian orders are 10 working days. 

Please not that some delays at the receiver’s end (i.e. customs clearance) may occur these are outside of our control and resposibility.

Sweet Disorders estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We cannot accept any liability for lost or delayed packages caused by third parties, so please keep this in mind!

Returns & Exchanges

We take special care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, occasionally things don’t go according to plan and if that happens we will do everything we can to ensure a happy conclusion.

Please note that we will only refund or exchange products if there is a fault, defect or imperfection.
